Full Engine Test Cell
Essential Turbines operates one of the most capable Rolls-Royce AMROC test cell environments in the network, with two full engine test cells supporting global validation programs. This dual-cell capability allows Essential Turbines to support customer demand, minimize bottlenecks, and maintain consistent testing standards across regions.
Every overhaul, repair, or module replacement is validated under controlled conditions before return to service. Essential Turbines tests all Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 series engines and modules, verifying horsepower, temperature stability, vibration behavior, and overall performance across the operating envelope.
In addition to full engine testing, Essential Turbines operates a dedicated B17 propeller stand, enabling validated turboprop engine testing and supporting operators with specialized performance and compliance requirements.
Each test run is conducted to OEM specifications and documented through a detailed Essential Turbines test certificate, providing customers with transparent, traceable performance data.
