Gannon Gambeski leads Essential Turbines as President and Chief Executive Officer, driving the company’s growth as a globally recognized Rolls-Royce authorized MRO provider for M250 and RR300 engines.

Gannon brings executive experience spanning aerospace and highly regulated industrial sectors — including engineering, operational, and strategy roles at B/E Aerospace and Collins Aerospace, and senior leadership within Halma plc’s global portfolio. That background in technical operations, compliance-driven environments, and cross-border growth translates directly to ETI’s mission.

Since joining ETI through Swift Anchor Holdings, he has led accelerated growth across the business, a deepened presence and expanded role within the Rolls-Royce FIRST Network, and the 2025 acquisition of AeroMaritime Mediterranean — launching Essential Turbines Malta and extending ETI’s reach to operators across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Gannon’s leadership is grounded in a simple belief: that world-class MRO is built on technical excellence, honest communication, and teams who take genuine pride in keeping aircraft flying. That belief shapes every decision at Essential Turbines.
