Gannon Gambeski

Gannon Gambeski serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Essential Turbines, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operational growth, and long-term vision as a global Rolls-Royce engine MRO partner.

With nearly two decades of experience across aerospace engineering and leadership roles in highly regulated industries, Gannon brings both technical understanding and executive discipline to Essential Turbines. His background includes hands-on experience in aircraft propulsion systems, engine testing environments, and maintenance operations, combined with senior leadership responsibility for scaling engineering-driven organizations.

Before joining Essential Turbines, Gannon held executive roles within global industrial and medical technology organizations, including portfolio leadership positions under Halma plc and Arcmed. In these roles, he led growth initiatives, operational integration, and governance across North America, Europe, and Asia—experience that now supports ETI’s international expansion while maintaining rigorous safety, quality, and compliance standards.
